No smoking on the premises.

Standard commercial booth size is 10×10. You must supply your own tent and extension cords if using electricity. Due to a limited amount of electric outlets, if you need electricity, please state that on your registration form.

Non-profit must be 501c3 or 501c4 – tax exemption paper required.

Non-profit vendor’s attendance/participation in Wienerspiel events is taken under consideration during fund distribution opportunities.

Each vendor will be called or emailed and given their spot assignment no later than 36 hours before the initial event date (September 27th), unless you are a late registrant.

If a vendor has a special situation that prevents them from participating all day Saturday and Sunday, this will be handled between you and the vendor committee. The fee is still the same due to this being a fundraiser.

NO animals may be sold at this event. Animal organizations that participate will need to discuss with Judy LeUnes how any adoptions will be handled if you plan to do this. Adoptions will be handled off site.  This is not an event for breeders to sell animals.

NO one may begin loading up any vehicles until the park is clear of participants, per City of College Station rules.
